UI/UX Designer

Job description

·  Design Thinking and human-centric problem-solving.
·  Service Design, Design Systems, Design operation
·  Create visually compelling representations of the solution's high-level interaction, navigation, and organization design (i.e., concept models).
·  Develop visual representations of the organizational structure, hierarchy, and relationships of screens in a site (i.e., site maps).
·  Conduct and analyze C-level stakeholder interviews to understand key success factors for a project or pursuit Customer segments and behaviors across multiple industries.
·  Create Mockups and Prototypes that serve as base for the Development Team and the Stakeholders on how the application should look like
·  Create outstanding Designs for Workflow web applications so that the users enjoy using the application
·  Create and improve general design artifacts like videos, icons, pdfs, etc, so that the message can be easily grasped by the audience

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

When considering your past experience, this is what we'll be looking for:
·  A motivated and productive senior designer with a real passion for creative, user-centered outcomes.
·  A portfolio of high quality UI/UX work shared as part of this application
·  InVision, Sketch or equivalent tool to create mockups
·  Confident in dealing with all levels of stakeholders such as: project sponsors, subject matter experts, business managers, end users, administrators, architects, developers, testers, etc
·  Understanding of HTML, css and bootstrap to create and adapt the layout of web applications
