UI/UX Designer

Job description

The UX Lead will perform the critical role of validating User Interface (UI) concepts and product ideas gathering actionable feedback on user needs and usability. The candidate will establish methods and strategies, conduct studies, and present findings that will inform improvements in the user experience.

The position requires the candidate to plan, conduct, and report feedback for a variety of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies (including focus groups, surveys, usability testing, card sorts, personas, task analysis, use cases, competitive analyses, cognitive walkthroughs, contextual inquiries, user observation, one-on-one interviews) to produce actionable results that inform software and/or complex transactional website product development. The candidate will design best practices to translate requirements and user research findings into usable design concepts, recommending business and product opportunities

Required:

• Experienced in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and other graphical packages
• Knowledge of Axure, Proto.io, or other prototyping tools
• Experience in development of style guidance and visual standards for development
• At least 4 completed design projects for commercial organizations
• Must be able to demonstrate work during interview
• Able to work in small team in short design-build sprints
• Fluent/Native Russian

Preferred:

• Experience in banking web application design is a plus
