Job description

In the role of System Services Representative you will be accountable to ensure a high level of client satisfaction with service delivery, technical support and operational services for the clients. You will be the primary technical interface to clients for the coordination of hardware support.

Your main duties will include:
·  Problem solving within the hardware area
·  Repair actions of hardware for IBM and Multi-Vendor Services
·  Field Service Delivery
·  Installation, maintenance and repair of IBM and multi-vendor systems and hardware components
·  Creating new services opportunities
