Operations Production Analyst

Job description

• Support incidents, changes and problems records for client support operations, with focus on:
• batch recovery process ,
• application maintenance/update, deployment
• manage file transfers with partners
• troubleshooting calls and drive to root cause resolution, make recommendation for long-term resolution of problem across multiple platforms.
• Deploy and manage scalable micro services.
• migrations for new applications
• DRP's , Disaster Recovery Process operation (twice a year)
• Reporting the status for all the above, raising possible constraints and/or blocking points.
• Mitigate risk and identify possible improvements.
• Review documentation concerning new applications and creating runbooks.
• Interaction with both Account Team and Customer(s) Technical Team(s).
