MSS Program Coordinator

Job description

As a Program Coordinator, you are responsible for conducting assessments and mentorship for resources across managed security services.

Responsibilities:

·  Ensure that global policies and practices are properly implemented. Provide program support to the students via mentoring.
·  Assess each student's development via regular monitoring and assessments.
·  Coordinate efforts with the student's manager.
·  Communicate with and be aware of job needs across the MSS technical teams.
·  Act as the program focal within your geography and partner with other geography focal to ensure consistency across the globe.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

·  Minimum 10 - 12 years of overall experience with minimum of 2 – 3 years in leadership and management ( Security domain will be preferred)
·  At least 2 years' experience in Service Delivery
·  Proficient as an experienced leader who has successfully managed complex projects and led resources and teams.
·  An energetic highly organized person with an attention to detail, whom is also creative and able to think of how to best meet the needs of the candidates and the program.
·  Expertise to analyze the effectiveness of the program, adapt, and develop new methods aimed at greater success
·  Solid understanding to think through complex issues and situations and develop robust, well thought out solutions which meet the need of the business
·  Hands-on experience to effectively work with others - with internal customers and external suppliers and can positively influence others in problem solving and work process improvements
