We are looking for interns with creativity and passion to participate in the Unpaid Internship Program at IBM Client Innovation Center in Katowice.

IBM's 3-months period Internship Program is designed to offer you tailored mentoring, training and practical experience. It is meant to grow your potential and shape your career.
AUTUMN EDITION starts on November.
We can offer you internship in many areas :
· Human Resources
· Linux Administration
· Windows Administration
· Project Management
· Learning & Development Team
During autumn edition you can have a chance to join one of below teams:
· Technical Support Team (cover basics of computer management on Windows operating systems, gaining theoretical and practical knowledge of software distribution and new software package preparation for Windows operating systems)
· HR Administration (supporting HR department, reports generating, documentation handling and preparation, contact with employees, managing email queries and personnel files, other HR-related tasks)
· Learning and Development (Developing knowledge and experience in the new attractive areas such a training organization, ordering training, internal education and general administration. Become acquainted with Agile approach to project management. You will support Education Projects including: Administration, training organization, training orders, budget management)
· Health Check Processes Coordinator (Tracking all records via COGNOS reports, cooperation with technical teams, chasing tech teams to remove the backlog, noting and tracking occurring blockers in the process, organizing or taking part in meetings and conference calls, preparing meeting minutes) Please remember to choose preferred team and mark it on your resume!

Responsibilities:
· Your responsibilities depend on the department you're assigned to and include but are not limited to:
· Participating in customer's meetings
· Active participation in team meetings and preparing documentation
· Taking part in technical incidents solving
· Database Management Systems monitoring
· Administrative support of the team/business unit
Requirements:
