The HR Leadership Development Program (HRLDP) is a program that accelerates the development of high-potential graduates interested in a career in human resources. As a part of this program, participants go through three 12-month rotational assignments designed to accelerate their advancement to human resources leadership positions.
Through this program, participants gain:
· Broad exposure to potential career paths through targeted learning opportunities.
· Executive mentorship and shadowing.
· Annual learning event which includes executive roundtables, networking activities, and leadership training.

· Gain insights into leadership styles, strategic decision making, business acumen and career development.
· Build a strong network of global participants and alumni dedicated to shaping the future of HR.
· Enhance leadership skills by leading or contributing to a special project team.
