HR Partner student for the Manager Solutions Center

Job description

Main tasks are :

- Support MSC HR Partner specific demands reference to HR topics.
- Interlock with Business Unit HR Partners to better solution Managers' request
- Collaborate at internal HR projects. Create new ideas and add some value is expected.
- Manage and launch HR Enablement Sessions for Managers in Italy collaborating in defining HR contents to be delivered
- Interlock with other countries to learn and share the best practices.
-Promote, communicate and inform HR topics to IBM's Managers using Newsletters, videos, and emails.
- Collaborate in regular team meetings with other countries members of the same cluster: France, Spain, Portugal, Greece,and research focus groups.
- Support italian managers, with senior HRP consultation, to work on promotions, salary increases, equities, international assignments, hirings, exits, etc.
- IBM Europe performance awards processing.
