IBM Italy is looking for motivated people interested in acquiring fundamental knowledge and skills within Global Technology Services Organization (GTS).

Specifically Technical Support Services Business Unit offers an exciting experience to develop and practice on IT environment based on IBM and other most important brands of ITC technologies.

After selection, the candidates will learn how to install, update, configure and repair Hardware & Firmware, IBM and not, starting from simple devices up to the most complex server and storage systems which are the core of IT infrastructure.

You will be a member of the most qualified and recognized technical team in the world.
You will be able to support clients improving their IT infrastructure availability and performance.
You will learn to perform hardware & software problem determination through the innovative and advanced techniques and diagnostic tools.

Candidates eligible profile:

Technical Graduates (e.g. Perito in Elettronica,Elettrotecnica, Informatica, Telecomunicazioni, .... )
Driver license
Available for traveling
Fluent Italian
Good English
IT attitudes, Certifications, network/operating system knowledge are appreciated
