We are looking for a high-calibre Full Stack Web Developer to join our team based in the IBM London Studio, building applications and solving problems for IBM's 210,000 Business Partners, and the IBMers who support them.

The Studio is an exciting collaborative space which brings together best-in-class people, technology and workspaces to create leading software solutions. We take a group of designers, developers, and business analysts, and give them free reign on how to address the problem, in a "We give you a problem, you decide how to solve it" environment.

You'll be using the latest tools and technologies available to deliver state-of-the-art software and web applications. You'll have the opportunity to work with the latest technologies, ensuring the applications delivered are high performing, responsive and maintainable. You'll have an opportunity to influence the choice of technologies used as we transform our applications.

You'll be responsible for ensuring that components are expertly designed, tested, debugged, verified, and ready for integration into various contexts across the IBM Enterprise, creating a productive environment for IBMers and our Business Partners. You will be responsible the ownership of different features and for leading technical discussions, ensuring a plan of execution is in place to deliver requirements.

Some of our existing projects are:
·  An opportunity management application, used by all of our Business Partners, with a sophisticated DevOps pipeline in place
·  A "What You See Is What You Get" website creator, to bring IBM's Content Strategists closer to their audience
·  An interactive analytics dashboard, showcasing live, worldwide data about how our Business Partners are working

You will be working in an end to end, cross functional scrum team as part of our wider mission, where you will undertake a variety of roles in the team as per requirements.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

·  Proven experience working with JavaScript, HTML and CSS
·  Experience delivering web applications using JavaScript frameworks such as AngularJS/Angular, React, Vue.js
·  Experience with Node.js
·  Experience with JavaScript testing frameworks
·  Familiarity with Test Driven and Behaviour Driven Development practices (TDD & BDD)
·  Experience working in close collaboration with designers, business analysts and product owners
·  Experience building according to design specifications with pixel perfect accuracy
·  Experience with JavaScript automation tools
·  Architecting and developing APIs
·  Proficient understanding of Git, or other source code management systems
·  Familiarity with CI/CD practices and tools
·  Demonstrable experience working in Agile development frameworks
