We are Agile Coaches working in CIO Design who have been tasked with becoming the catalyst for a culture change in IBM - and in particular within the CIO organization - with an eye toward a culture of great engineering practices and business agility. If you feel like your purpose is to help people, teams, and leaders feel more engaged and work better, and if you believe you have the necessary hard and soft skills to influence and become that transformation catalyst, then read on!

Our Agile Coaching Tribe is looking for passionate Enterprise Agile Coaches who want to join us and help us to continue the transformation of our CIO organization.

What we do
·  We drive the adoption of an Agile culture by providing coaching, mentoring, facilitation and training of Agile, Lean, Design Thinking, DevOps and software engineering practices.
·  We coach and mentor teams in methods such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS, Scrum@Scale, Nexus and others
·  We know practices of Extreme Programming, TDD, BDD, CI, and CD, and are adept to looking at the Software Delivery Life Cycle (SDLC) through the Lean lens of Kanban to make that Value Stream as effective and efficient to continuously deliver value - frequently, predictably, and with quality.
·  We coach and mentor leaders, at all levels of the organization, to apply Servant Leadership, and Principles Lean, Agile, and DevOps, to foster a culture of trust, transparency, and great engineering practices.
·  We strive to apply Lean Start Up practices to product ownership and product management.
·  We facilitate workshops using Agile and Lean practices to: create and execute strategy, execute large program discovery, create MVPs (Minimum Viable Products) and product roadmaps, as well as big room release planning.
·  We learn and support each other, bringing new perspectives on how to do things and what best looks like.
·  We see Hypotheses and Experiments in everything.
·  We ask endlessly......"How can we get better?"....and act on it, because we know our teams and leaders count on us to help them change the culture.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

·  Minimum of 5 years experience driving innovation and cultural transformation.
·  Minimum of 5 years experience working with various levels of leadership, including executives.
·  Minimum of 3 years experience in one or more areas as a Scrum Master, business analyst, developer, tester or IT support.
·  Minimum of 3 years experience with Scrum, Kanban and other Lean/Agile practices.
·  Demonstrated experience in creating innovative training/workshop material
·  Demonstrable skills in understanding human psychology operating as consultant, coach, mentor and facilitator, working with different Agile models to continually improve, empower and increase transparency.
·  Demonstrated excellence as a presenter, facilitator, trainer, teammate
