Wir sind spezialisiert auf komplexe Transformationsprozesse und die Einführung von State-of-the-Art Digitalisierungslösungen.

Die Kunden im Bereich der Ministerien auf Bundes- und Landesebene in Deutschland werden durch ein starkes und sehr erfahrenes Team betreut. Um in diesem Bereich unsere Marktstellung noch weiter auszubauen suchen wir nach Verstärkung. Gemeinsam wollen wir die spannenden und herausfordernden Themen speziell in diesem Umfeld angehen, wobei der Nutzen für den Kunden immer im Mittelpunkt steht.
Als Associate Partner gestalten Sie Digitalisierungsprojekte von Anfang an bis Ende mit Kunden- und Ergebnisverantwortung.

Wesentliche Aufgaben:
·  Kundenverantwortung/ Themenverantwortung
·  Projektakquisition
·  Projektdelivery
·  Vertragsmanagement/ -controlling (GP Optimierung)
·  Leitung von Teams im Bereich Sales, für Angebote und bei Projekten
·  CxO Kommunikation & Business Relationships
·  Projektportfolioplanung
·  Programmleitung
·  IBM Außendarstellung auf Konferenzen, Messen, Workshops Anforderungen
·  Abschluss Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Informatik, Mathematik, Verwaltungswissenschaft, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Jura (Bachelor oder Master, Uni oder FH/BA)
·  Mind. 4-6 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Digitalisierung im öffentlichen Sektor (inkl. IT-Implementierungen, Organisationsentwicklung, Prozessberatung und Change Management)
·  Zwingend: Tiefe Kenntnisse des Öffentlichen Sektors in Deutschland (idealerweise Bundes- und/oder Länderbehörden)
·  Sprachen: Deutsch, Englisch (verhandlungssicher, C1)
