Job description:
·  Ensure the stability, integrity, and efficient operation of our infrastructure by monitoring, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing our customer deployments and fulfillment operations
·  Interact with customers both through email, phone, and ticket tracking regarding questions on product usage.
·  Research and verify possible technical issues or bugs and resolve them for customers.
·  Write product documentation or knowledge base articles.
·  Monitor all incoming fulfillment operations and take action as necessary.
·  Ensure new releases and upgrades are functional and performant for our customers. By being involved in smoke testing and defect resolution.
·  The position may require working in round the clock shifts and on-call support Skills:
·  2+ years of experience with IaaS covering Compute, Network & Storage across multiple public cloud providers including AWS, Azure, & SoftLayer
·  Understanding of ordering lifecycle on public cloud
·  Exposure to ITIL aligned teams (Incident Management)
·  Understanding of middleware
·  Understanding of Network concepts
·  Basic Administration of Windows and Linux
·  Proficient in communication
