- Review current systems (Understand current Workflow implemented)
- Gather and evaluate BAU team feedbacks
- Work closely with the Architect Lead and Automation development staff
- Liaise with the programmer and coordinate the multi-parties troubleshooting;
- Review the Automation and detailed specification;
- Testing the Automation in controlled, real situations before going live

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

- Deep understanding of the aspects of automation and scripting for cloud services.
- Skills and experience in scripting Powershell, bash, shell, and Python
- Deployment approach based on container.
- Linux and Windows technical expertise
- Software development experience for Cloud with multiple general-purpose programming languages
