Job description

The mission of the Skills Coordinator role is to support TSS's business objectives by assisting the US TSS field to develop the necessary skills to perform appropriate recovery actions for customer problems and other customer-valued skills. This role will receive direction from the Skills Manager and theTSS NA Skills Development and Deployment Executive. They will act as ensure T&W measurement targets are met as required. Duties will include class enrollments, annual training reporting/tracking and weekly T&W reporting withexception handling.
