Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Engage with client teams in understanding business context and defining effective solutions.
• As a consultant with IGF experience advice business on direction to take.
• Direct teams effort to define technical, operational and user requirements.
• Present solution and get stakeholder buy-in.
• Guide and mentor teams to deliver the solution.
• Define reference architecture and standards for teams to adhere. Conduct reviews to ensure compliance.
• Foresee potential problems and proactively suggest improvements.
• Build framework components and complex parts of the solution.
• Hand off solution to operational support teams, and assist support teams in troubleshooting production problems.
