Job description

The HR Service Administrator has the responsibility for a process administration within a country or across several countries for one or more assigned HR processes. The employee leads technical support or the business processes.

Mobility Support
• Receive emails/tickets via Tier 1 Mobility through Zendesk and resolve them if in scope
• Attend to employee concerns and raise escalations, if necessary
• Work closely with Mobility Consultants in validating the details of an assignment request
• Complete additional tasks delegated by the Team Leader/Manager
• Assist in the creation of job aids for related processes, if necessary
• Own the resolution of complex employee's and line management's queries ensuring timely, accurate and value add responses
• Ensures contact with country process teams to develop and maintain a strong knowledge of designated processes for countries covered
• Delivers Country Specific Process
