Job description

As a Sales Graduate, you will gain an excellent understanding of IBM's products and service offerings, you will begin to build sales eminence attending IBM's award winning Global Sales School, designed to accelerate your sales performance. You will have the opportunity to work with clients, learn from talented individuals and be coached and mentored as you begin your sales career and strive for success.

For this role, you will:
·  Work with clients using digital and social tools
·  Draw on the expertise of the wider team to develop total solutions for your clients
·  Develop new or grow established relationships through close client contact and a keen understanding of their business
·  Learn the vital professional, operations, and personal management skills to be successful in a vibrant sales environment
·  Be provided with outstanding training and developmental opportunities
·  Be supported to realise your potential and achieve great success
·  Enjoy the challenge and variety of working in a fast paced highly target driven environment Successful candidates should have:
·  Business to business sales experience and/or strong business acumen
·  Retail/telephone sales experience
·  A passion for working in the IT industry
·  Strong communication and interpersonal skills
·  Customer service focus
·  Teaming skills
·  Creative problem-solving skills
·  The ability to work under pressure

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

To be eligible for this Graduate program, applicants must have:

- Australian/New Zealand citizenship or permanent residency
- Successfully completed your degree (Bachelor's or Master's) from an Australian/New Zealand university, no earlier than 2017
- A credit average from respective universities
- No more than 2 years (full-time) relevant work experience
