Real Estate Intern: Integrated Solutions CoE. Focus: data science / real estate. Opportunity to collaborate with IBM's global real estate data metrics and technology teams to develop data metrics and analytics in support of IBM's global real estate initiatives. Additional opportunities to apply data analytics through IOT and technology to analyze IBM's real estate and building operations to optimize costs and utilization, drive a positive workplace experience and facilitate management decision making. Looking for someone with a real estate and data science background, who is technology savvy and a passion/interest in environmental sustainability. Location is to be in North Castle, NY.
