ホテル内直営ステーキハウスレストラン「オークドア」内　バーテンダー（ミクソロジスト）
・ドリンクの作成、提供
・お客様のアテンド業務
・管理職として、チームマネジメント
・ダイニングエリアのサポート業務
・その他オペレーションに必要な業務

Mixologist / Bartender for the Oak Door Bar

You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of

service to our customers.

・Design new beverage menu items

・Mixing drinks

・Entertain and educate guests

Desired profile

Qualifications :

・ワイン・カクテル・スピリッツの知識をお持ちの方
・ホテル内バーにて2年以上のご経験のある方
・日本語及び英語でのコミュニケーションが可能な方
・マネジメント経験者

・Minimum 2 years work experience in hotel operations　as Batender or Mixologist

・Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must.

・Excellent knowledge in wine & spirits

・English and Japanese communication skills are required
