You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of administrative support to your customers. The Human Resources Officer is responsible to assist the Human Resources Manager in the efficient running of the Human Resources Department

Desired profile



Qualifications :

·  Ideally with a Degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management or Hospitality/Tourism Management
·  Minimum 1 year work experience as Human Resources Assistant or Coordinator in a hotel or big company
·  Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines; time and task management skills
·  Highly motivated, solutions-oriented, self-starter with adaptable teamwork style
·  Ability to communicate effectively and connect with colleagues at all levels
·  Ability to work independently to support the administration in multiple functions; attention to details, discretion in handling matters of confidentiality
·  Savvy computer skills; proficient in MS Office, MS Outlook email services
·  Proficient in English and Malay
·  Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must
·  Due to strict regulation of Malaysian Immigration and Manpower Department, this position is open for Malaysian Nationals only
