Job description



Main Responsibilities

·
Assist with the coordination and administration of the Recruitment & Selection process

·
Ensure colleagues have a smooth ‘arrival' experience including the hotel onboarding

·
Process, administer and audit the hotel's payroll on a fortnightly basis

·
Assist in organising, preparing and facilitating general Learning & Development programs

·
General administration duties and responsible for welcoming and assisting colleagues and visitors to the Human Resources department.

Desired profile



Qualifications :

·  First relevant work experience in the same or similar role

·  Tertiary qualification in Human Resources and or Hospitality is beneficial

·  Excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize are a must

·  Outgoing personality with a passion to care for and make a difference to people
