Job description



You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of administrative support to your customers in line with the Purpose, Vision, Mission, Brand and Goals.

The Human Resources Clerk will be reporting directly to the Human Resources Manager. Will be responsible for all administrative tasks including airline ticket requisitions, outsource colleagues, GOSI, colleague housing and other administrative tasks and responsibilities. Will assist in day to day operations for Human Resources and also visit and check the colleague facilities including lockers, employee dining and notice boards.

Qualifications :

Qualified candidates should possess strong and accurate communication skills with a critical eye for detail. Able to handle fast paced international environment where multi-tasking is essential. Previous work experience in a legal environment a must. Must have working knowledge and experience with Microsoft office products including Word, Powerpoint and Excel.

Prior experience in a similar role is a must, hotel experience will be a plus.

Must be a Saudi national.

Arabic and English language is a must. Should be able to read, write and speak fluently.
