Job description
The Human Resources Assistant Manager will be based in Hyatt Hub - Greater China in Shanghai. This role provides HR support (mostly administrative support) for Hyatt Regional Offices in Greater China. Coordinates human resources activities including, but not limited to, employment, and employee relations.
· Coordinates new colleagues onboarding process
· Performs Employee benefits administration including but not limited to; enrollment, change processing, liaison with benefits providers, verify invoices, respond to employee general questions.
· Administer HR management system (PeopleSoft)
· Manages the e-leave system
· Performs payroll administration
· Coordinates and/or conducts employee-relations activities and programs
· Processes applications for visa, work permit and relevant licenses or certificates
Desired profile
Qualifications :
Skills and Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
· 4+ years in human resources
· Exceptional communication skills in both Chinese and English, interpersonal skills, and ethical mindset
· Good knowledge of HR policies, practices and systems and understanding China labour laws
· Familiarity with HR software and working knowledge of MS Office
· Experience working with PeopleSoft a plus
