Ensure telephone reception
Make reservations by phone and email and save them ensure optimal room occupancy
Greet guests (locker) arrival / departure
Accompany clients to their table and in their move

Ideal candidate profile

Qualifications :

Education: hospitality training desired
Experience: A similar experience will be an asset
Fluency in English
Control of office tools and Microphones
Very good presentation
Interpersonal skills and hospitality
