Hyatt House Kuala Lumpur, Mont Kiara- is the first Hyatt House hotel in Malaysia and South East Asia. Located in Mont' Kiara, an affluent suburb located five kilometres from downtown Kuala Lumpur, the hotel features 298 guestrooms, a three-meal restaurant, 3,100 square feet of meeting space, a fitness centre, and a sky pool.

We are currently looking for Hosts - Reservations and Call Centre - to join us in this exciting journey.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Qualifications:

Demonstrate fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia. The ability to speak other languages will be an advantage.

You will have completed your studies in either a Diploma or Degree certification.

Previous experience in using hotel property management and reservation systems ( OPERA, RESERVE) will be an added advantage

Hotel experience in a role that covers reservations and front office operations will also be an added advantage.

A personality that is bubbling with enthusiasm and a drive to be efficient in your work is a definite requirement for this role.
