Job description
The Event Coordinator – Event Concierge is the liaison between the Event Sales and/or Event Planning Managers and the on-site meeting contact. This position is highly visible and the central point for handling and addressing special needs or requests and will work closely with the Events operation team on the delivery of last minute changes and any on-site contact requests. It requires detailed knowledge of the hotel meeting facilities, group dynamics, and event details.
Desired profile
Qualifications :
· Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
· Minimum one year of experience in Banquet or Event Management however fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
· Refined verbal and written communication skills
· A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment
· Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must.
