Engineering Supervisor

Job description

Located in the heart of Jakarta's Sudirman Business District, Alila SCBD Jakarta is the ultimate urban boutique hotel and a social playground for business and pleasure, with Vong Kitchen and Le Burger as the dining and entertaining venues.

You will assign the planned maintenance tasks and the daily work schedule to the Engineering team and supervise the effective completion of assigned duties. You will also ensure that guest requests and emergency situations are prioritised. You will be responsible for checking the various technical systems (eg fire safety system, water, air conditioning, electrical system etc) in the hotel and maintain them according to standards. Your work will require close coordinate with all other departments to ensure that the hotel equipment is maintained in top condition.

Qualifications :

The successful candidate will meet the following criteria:

·  Certified in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
·  Previous experience in hotel building project or working in a 5 star environment
·  Results driven and confident
·  Technical skills and system literacy in Autocad, Drawing, Mechanical Electronic, Plumbing, Heat Pump / AC
·  Language proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
