Engineering Coordinator

Job description

You will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The Engineering Coordinator is responsible to assist in the smooth and efficient running of the Engineering Department within the Engineering Division.

The Engineering coordinator is mainly responsible for:

Organizing daily maintenance requests and incoming correspondence.

Tracking and following up with purchases and suppliers.

Filing and maintaining documents, records and operating manuals of the department.

Know and follow all policies and procedures, and regulations.

Completing projects on time with high degree of accuracy.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

·  Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in business administration or equivalent programme.
·  Minimum 2 years work experience hotel or similar organisation as engineering coordinator.
·  Excellent computer skills (like MS Office, Email management etc)
·  Excellent written and verbal communication skills
·  Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
