Within HSBC Operations, Services and Technology, Global Service Delivery is a leader in the development of services and processes that are designed around the customer and enable the firm to demonstrate to regulators that its processes and ways of working will deliver consistently high standards of compliance. Every day, customers all over the world are paying bills, buying homes and setting up companies and every day, Global Service Delivery teams are making sure all this happens smoothly.

Role Purpose

We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join this team working together with colleagues to define, manage and achieve divisional business targets. In this role, you will:

· Flawlessly execute Credit Policy;
· Flawlessly execute RCS operational processes (underwriting, verification, account management etc);
· Meet or exceed productivity and quality standards set;
· Provide feedback on any process or task related issues, customer or business feedback to the leader;
· Look for cost reduction opportunities in all that we do;
· Partner with business to improve performance, support new initiatives and meet requirements Support new business or performance improvement initiatives;
· Support achievement of business SLA's;
· Provide feedback to improve overall customer experience, utilizing voice of customer, quality data and process improvement initiatives;
· Follow leaders direction, provide support and ensure two way communication;
· Achieve development plan including completing training courses;
· Contribute to improving employee engagement and treat others with respect.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

·  A diploma or degree in any discipline;
·  1-3 years' experience in handling process and / or customer request/queries is preferred;
·  Ability to understand written English;
·  Ability to understand and interpret numeric data;
·  Ability to learn quickly and transfer knowledge appropriately;
·  Basic computer knowledge and good keyboard skills;
·  Ability to multi task;
·  Ability to build rapport with and relate to a wide range of people;
