Detailed Job Description:
· Technology: MSSQL DBA
· Experience: 3 - 6 years
· Skills & Attributes:
· Knowledge of MSSQL Server & RDBMS concepts
· Strong hands on experience as MSSQL DBA providing Infrastructure support (i.e Build the instance, DB migration, DB upgrade and Patching)
· Database Administration Support on MSSQL Server 2008& above.
· Good working knowledge of Windows platforms
· Knowledge of Clustering, Replication, Logshipping & Mirroring,
· Knowledge of SSIS & SSRS are desirable
· Good understanding of T-SQL Knowledge on Change management process (ITIL)
· Excellent communication skills, with ability to describe complex technical scenarios in a concise manner, both verbally and written, and articulating the content depending on the audience
· Candidate should have sense of ownership & urgency, attention to detail, flexibility, process orientation, strong analytical skills , sense of vigilance & adherence to all compliance
procedures & policies.
