We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Assistant Manager Underwriting and Claims Governance and Strategy.

Principal responsibilities
· Developing and managing key initiatives and ensuring that these are planned and delivered in coordination with stakeholders and all entities
· Providing governance and change management by managing the end to end process, communication and business risk to be shared with all stakeholders including customers, channels, risk, legal and compliance, etc.
· Developing and aggregating MI, market research and portfolio analytics to provide insights, trends and business intelligence of customer, market, competitor
· Providing management support and leadership for AOP or ATP exercise

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Requirements
·  Minimum of a bachelor's degree in business or related field
·  Proven analytical, planning and strategic management experience within a marketing and business development function or equivalent
·  Solid years of experience or more in Insurance
·  Understanding of metrics and financial measures of the insurance business
·  Strong managerial, negotiation, communications and interpersonal skills
·  Ability to think strategically in line with HSBC Group's vision
·  Ability to build long-term relationships and manage all levels of stakeholders
·  Ability to navigate complexities.
·  With relevant regional experience to drive and execute business plan independently
