Assistant Collections Officer
RBWM Chief Operating Office – Credit Control Services
We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Assistant Collections Officer .
Principal responsibilities
· Prepare statistical reports for management review
· Assist in compiling MIS reports and performing User Acceptance Test on system enhancement and development
· Perform database enhancement and development
· Provide administrative support to debt collection operations
Desired profile
Qualifications :
Requirements
· University degree in a related discipline OR other relevant qualifications
· With banking experience, preferably with exposure to credit control and debt collection operations
· Knowledge of relevant credit systems of personal finance such Credit Bureau System, Credit Decision System etc an advantage
· Strong self-motivation, with ability to work independently and under pressure
· Good interpersonal, presentation and problem solving skills
· Good knowledge of application software (Skills in SAS, MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Access)
· Proficiency in both English and Chinese, with proficiency in Putonghua an advantage
· Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
