The Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Inside Sales Team functions as a program overlayed to all segments. Often, rather than spending resources on innovation, OEMs spend too much time on the integration of IT components from different vendors. HPE OEM offers integrated solutions, advanced notification of lifecycle events, product customization and third party integration. This role primarily supports OEM Field Reps and generalist Inside Sales Representatives.  This role works in tandem with OEM specific partner community.

Duties and Responsibilities:

OEM Monetization: Monetize global, large volume, direct OEM accounts by establishing relationships with customers. Generates quotes through SFDC using Eclipse big deals for price referencing. Very process oriented – works to get pricing escalations, eclipse pricing updates through SFDC requests, and works closely with order management team for order escalations and status’.

OEM Pursuit: Strategically hunts for net new OEM business by outbound calling on event leads, marketing generated leads and leveraging ISR community. Responsible for signing up new OEM’s through our OEM agreement process. Works with OEM’s and ODP’s to generate quotes and leverage integration capabilities. Manages SFDC entries, new logo tracking and executive summary management.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

·  Knowledge of HPE’s business processes is preferred
·  Extensive experience establishing and maintaining direct relationships with high-level customers in large organizations
·  Strong understanding of how OEMs work and their key benefits, along with OEM sales motion.
·  Proven capability delivering an exceptional customer experience.
·  Experience managing opportunities and leads to closure.
·  Ability to prospect within a niche market
·  Strong customer presentation skills
·  Exceptional collaboration skills in a matrixed organization
