DESCRIPTION:

You will join HPE IT Global Shared Delivery team which is part of the larger Pointnext IT team. We are looking for an IT solution lead with broad experience in designing services and tools to transform our Salesforce.com platform.  Looking for individuals who can innovate and take ideas from concept to implementation while providing leadership and direction to teams. This person will be responsible for the full systems lifecycle from requirements gathering through implementation of program management solutions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

•Salesforce.com Experience
•Business System Analysis Skills
•Knowledge of AI, machine learning, robotics process automation (AI/ML/RPA)
•Demonstrated working knowledge of SaaS Solutions including Financial Force

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

•Technical Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 8+ years of related experience or a Master’s degree and a minimum of 6 years of experience.
•Guide the business and IT on architectural alternatives by clearly articulating the implications of each, short and long term, solution
•Excellent oral and written communication, time management and organizational skills with demonstrated ability to work with individuals at all levels of the organization
•Identifies and communicates risks (business, application, technical) associated with component or application implementation at the business level, and enterprise level (working with Enterprise Architect)
•Participates in business and architecture planning sessions and anticipates future business and architecture changes and strategies
•Responsible for devising solutions, solution architecture descriptions, and subsequent monitoring and governance of their implementation
•Designs and implements business solutions that link disparate processes and application systems
•Translates business objectives and processes into a conceptual architecture that describes key functional and non-functional requirements
•Ability to manage lead, manage and coordinate teams responsible for design, development and delivery to deliver the roadmap. This may be through a combination of insourced and outsourced implementation and support.
•Contributes to application development project plans; approve scope of work, time and cost estimates, resource allocation, and identification of critical path activities and dependencies.
•Identifies and resolves problems which may impact projects by monitoring progress and project status.
•Ability to work with a global team, experienced in handling team across various cultures and managing a remote team
•Understanding and solving business and technology challenges related to the implementation and integration of CRM/ERP technologies, delivering Social & Mobile Enterprise platforms, and designing and developing platform-based applications that meet business needs.
