Responsibilities

•    Manages, supports and contributes to projects, programs and processes in support of the Aruba HR Team located in the Santa Clara, CA Office.
•    Ensures HR Projects, programs and processes meet business needs and align to HR Strategy.
•    Partners with HR Leaders, business partners, managers and businesses on HR projects, processes and programs.
•    Identifies issues in aligning projects and programs with the business and/or function and escalates to HR Management
•    Supports HR Projects by compiling and synthesizing relevant information, data, and develops recommendations in support of business needs.
•    Utilizes tools and designs solutions to improve processes and effectiveness.  Conducts quantitative and qualitative analyses to support HR programs and initiatives.
•    Provides operational support to project teams on key HR transformational initiatives.
•    Develops a broad understanding of the full spectrum of HR programs and a working knowledge of the business.

•    Creates, delivers and manages a broad array of HR projects, programs and processes in support of the HR HPE Strategy supporting Talent Management, Performance Management, Workforce Planning, Diversity and Employee Engagement.  

•    Acts as a project, programs and process manager.  

•    Exercises independent judgement within defined practices and procedures to determine appropriate action.  

•    Follows established guidelines and interprets policies. Evaluates unique circumstances and makes recommendations.

Education
•    Pursuing Bachelors' degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field. Must have completed at least three years of studies; Prefer someone in Human Resources Management track.

•   Interest in Learning and Development, and Training

Knowledge and Skills
•    Experience making presentations, verbally and/or written, to key stakeholders
•    Good project management skills
•    Demonstrated problem solving skills
•    Good relationship management skills
•    Solid quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.
•    Data management experience preferred.
