We are now looking for an HR admin specialist to join our HR team. In this role you will provide HR operation tasks for Sweden in close cooperation with the HR center in Poland. You will work in close collaboration with the rest of the HR team, as well as other stakeholders in the company, and be responsible for providing the best employee experience by administering the employee lifecycle and enabling People Managers to develop their employees with tools & processes. In your daily work you will coach the managers in routine performance and misconduct issues and provide resolution and recommendations. In the role you will also contribute to local and regional project teams and represent the company to both internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

·  Work with business leaders to deliver programs that are aligned with global policies and in compliance with local labor law
·  Communicate HR policies to business managers and employees
·  Identify process improvements, ensure understanding and successful implementation of new processes
·  Participate in HR tasks during mergers and acquisitions
·  Be an active part in the cooperation with the unions
·  Handle HR topics related to ISO certifications, audits etc.

Education and Experience

·  Bachelor degree within Human Resources
·  Typically 2-4 years related experience within human resources
·  Experience and good understanding of HR processes
·  Good knowledge of the Swedish labor law
·  Experience with Microsoft office applications

Personal skills

·  Able to work independently and in a structured way with an eye for details, and as a flexible and positive team player
·  Good communication skills, verbally and written in Swedish and English
·  Strong customer orientation
·  Ability to see new solutions and “think outside the box” – ability to see what is needed and take action accordingly
