Job Description:

   

· 
Duties and Responsibilities: 

·       Own E2E Architecture in support of marketing, sales operations, Sales/Partner Compensation

·       Work closely with customers to define solution designs which align with and enhance industry best practices in marketing, sales and compensation

·       Drive the User Experience strategy to enable a seamless, personalized experience

·       Drive the strategy to enable an enhanced digital sales by knowing the users’ journey while in our applications

·       Drive tool selection and architect design for a standard Audiencing service, search, content and profiling service

·       Understanding Zyme and SAP Commissions (Callidus Cloud) solutions, project design and technical expertise

·       Provide SaaS solutions expertise for, or migration services to the latest product releases

·       Drive the definition of the roadmap for Marketing, Sales and Compensation (Internal/External)

·       Recommend system changes, solution implementation, testing and deployment

·       Assess business impact of multiple technologies/strategies

·       Identify and address technical or operational risks

·       Provide review/input on project related activities for Sales Operations or global level projects

·       Define API integration patterns in support of enabling a consistent user experience

·       Be quick to embrace new technologies and apply them to business solutions

·       Provides thought leadership, best practices, and experience in how technology can and should be deployed to support major functions in the Sales Operations area

Qualifications:

·  10+ years hands-on experience in Marketing, Sales and Sales and Partner Compensation areas
·  Ability to understand the customer's business problem, need, or opportunity and to design a solution that addresses business problems
·  Demonstrated experience in modern User Experience design thinking techniques and enabling architecture frameworks
·  Hands-on experience with cloud solutions supporting Channel Sales Partner and Sales Compensation (i.e.; Zyme (E2Open) and SAP Commissions
·  Be able to provide architectural direction for multiple medium to large sized projects
·  Ability to consistently apply technical expertise to business problems
·  Ability to perform business process analysis/synthesis using modeling or simulation tools and techniques, such as workflows and diagrams to show interrelationships of multiple processes, tracking instances/characteristics of process elements
·  Experience with the software development lifecycle (SDLC) creating large scale applications using agile and/or iterative processes
·  Expertise in DevOPs or DevSecOps Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) implementing cloud-based optimized development processes
·  Familiarity with application lifecycle management (ALM) processes, techniques and automation tools
·  Strong communication skills both verbal and written skills to develop technical documentation and presentations
·  Team leadership and management experience (team delivery, performance management, coaching, and mentoring)
·  Experience in leading technical architecture and application/infrastructure design discussions with developer and infrastructure team to drive cloud deployment
·  Experience with consultative and complex technical deployment projects, managing various stakeholder relationships
·  Understanding of cloud computing technologies, business drivers, and emerging computing trends
·  Demonstrated strong project delivery experience with regard to estimates, planning and deliverables using project management methodologies
