In a typical day as an Intern supporting HPE’s Employee Engagement team, you would
· Be able to work in one of the biggest IT companies
· Work in an international environment with experienced colleagues
· Assist with tactical as well as strategic duties associated with the design and implementation of a global employee culture ambassador network and a worldwide volunteer day
· Gain insights in areas like employee and executive communications, employee learning & development, volunteer recruitment and management, event and project management, and strategy
Education and Experience Required:
· Enrolled in a bachelors program and 3rd Year of University completed--typically a non- technical degree specialization, i.e., Communications, Marketing, Business Administration or Human Resources
· Good at partnering, innovating, and making things happen. You are aligned to our core values.
· Communicative, a team player and able to solve problems with analytical thinking
· Experienced with project management and have strong follow-through (university and non-university wise)
· Proficient in MS Office and have an attention to detail
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
