Description:

Architect, Design and develop next generation Cloud Platform for HPE OneSphere

•Partner with peer Architects, Master & Distinguished Technologists across global engineering groups of HPE OneSphere towards overall fully architecture & Design of OneSphere features.

•Solve problems through feature development related to Cloud Infrastructure deployment, containerization and multi tenancy

•Lead and influence Agile development activities including sprint grooming, Sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives and demos and spearhead best development practices with the team

•Identify & Define Automation & IT frameworks for the modules owned and developed and partner with QE team to deliver the Modules/features with highest quality

•Lead the culture of innovation and passion driven development and mentor the team towards the same.

Note: This is a Product development position and profiles around Cloud Admins, Dev ops. Automation etc won’t fit this position.

Key Skills Required

•4 to 6 years of overall development experience with minimum 3 years’ experience of driving Architecture and designs for teams.

•Strong product development background in Cloud / Infrastructure components

•Strong experience with Linux with focus on Compute, networking or storage

•  Strong programming experience in combination of: Go Lang or Python

•Experience working in environment with TDD and CI systems

•Excellent communication skills with cognitive & persuading abilities

•Continuous Integration (Jenkins, GitHub, Gerrit)

•Experience developing PaaS, Iaas or Cloud Orchestration solutions

•Open source contributions in related projects is a big plus

•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

•Ability to effectively communicate design proposals, explain complex concepts in simple manner and negotiate options

Education and Experience Required:

•Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.

•Overall 8 to 14 Years industry experience
