As part of the Sales Enablement Team, you will help to ensure that the foundations are in place to deliver valuable reporting and communication across the business.  You will provide information to the wider team in order for them to analyse organisational needs, and provide the support to initiate and deliver key programs to address those needs. Working in a fast paced, forward thinking and collaborative environment, you will be given responsibilities from day one, as well as access to unlimited support, development and mentoring from your team and peers. How you’ll make your mark:

• You will provide reporting to various team members on a breadth of enablement programs, using internal tools to deliver qualitative and quantitative data

• You can establish a reporting structure for new enablement programs, and provide support and guidance for internal and external questions on Sales Enablement

• Supporting enablement leads on key programs and have the opportunity to deliver smaller projects from initial briefing to delivery

• Communicating and building effective working relationships with key internal contacts to support the delivery of projects

About you:

• You have one A-Level or five GCSE’s (including English and Math) at Grade C or above

• You are passionate about delivering great customer service

• You are a great written and verbal communicator

• You are a good problem solver, able to manage your time effectively and enjoy working in a fast paced, collaborative environment
