What we offer

· Management of the customer complaints
· Support in the Auditing techniques
· Development and implementation of the local processes
· Support of the Production Part Approval Process (PPAP)

Qualifications :

Who we are looking for

·  Master degree in Chemical Engineering or Chemical Sciences
·  Minimum of 3 year experience in a similar position
·  Key Quality tools and ISO standards knowledge
·  ISO 9001: 2015 and IATF 16949:2016
·  Knowledge of core tools such as FMEA, MSA, PPAP, SPC
·  Experience in problem solving and handling of customer complaints
·  Strong communication skills
·  Excellent knowledge of English and Italian language
