Role Mission

The RTW Retail Merchandising Assistant will support the Retail Merchandiser in organizing the buying process of master orders and monitoring the RTW business, in order to optimize the balance between assortment and stock and to maximize sales growth across regions/channels.

Key Accountabilities:

· Supporting the definition master orders and key assortment by region/channel, following up on all related operative activities
· Generating sales reports and conducting data analysis
· Supporting in data/order entry on specific HQ orders
· Organizing and delivering presentations
· Supporting regions/channels sales through constant monitoring, on a weekly base, sales by sku and consequently coordinate with RM to organize bulk allocations
· Deliveries and in-store allocations monitoring in support of a collection launch in line with planning

Qualifications :

Key Requirements

·  Successful studies in business management, majoring in business administration or marketing
·  1-2 years of experience in similar contest
·  Experience in large volume distribution
·  Fluent in Italian and English
·  Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
·  Analytical capabilities and numeric attitude
·  Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
·  Highly committed to Gucci brand and strong passion for Merchandising
·  Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
