Summary
Role Mission:

Convert new and challenging creative ideas into tangible visual tools to support Gucci image and enhance products visibility.

Job Description

Management of different activities:

·  receipt and analysis of the creative brief, check of layouts and specifications
·  materials and suppliers research, including the research of new materials and techniques to find suitable solutions in accordance with the creative inputs and brand strategy
·  suppliers’ selection, price negotiation and costs analysis
·  communication with corporate and visual regional teams
·  production and quality control

 Management of daily activities:

·  process tools orders
·  stock analysis, delivery planning and monitoring
·  support the logistic organisation of the office (internal shipments and samples archiving)

Key Requirements:

·  Thorough knowledge of materials such as fabrics, wood, metals, and plastics
·  Production and printing techniques expertise
·  Strong aesthetic sense and great attention to detail
·  Good communication and relational skills. Team working is key
·  Good organisational skills and ability to handle multi-task
·  Flexibility and ability to work under pressure
·  Willingness to travel short and long distance and to oversee night installations
·  At least 5 years-experience in sampling and production for Fashion, Design or Luxury companies
·  Graphics and Design studies are a plus
·  Excellent computer skills required (especially Excel and Power Point)
·  Languages: fluent English (written and spoken)
