Role Mission

The candidate will have the opportunity to learn about being a merchandiser at Gucci, working with our Handbags & Luggage Merchandising Team and providing assistance in the following activities:

Key Accountabilities
· Monitoring and analysis of the main competitors in terms of product and pricing positioning in different markets
· Weekly, bi-weekly and monthly analysis of the directly operated stores sales of each Region
· Monitoring and producing sales reports
· Preparing Power Point presentations before the major Company events such as WW Store Managers Meeting, Buying Campaigns, Presentation of the Strategic Plan
· Collaboration with the Merchandising team supporting all the activities related to the Sales Campaigns (i.e. setting up showrooms, pre-meetings analysis, dealing with buyers)

Job Requirements

· Successful or ongoing studies in business management, majoring in business administration or marketing

· Highly committed to Gucci brand and strong passion for Luxury Industry

· Excellent Excel and Power Point skills

· Fluent in English

· Good interpersonal and communication skills
