Role Mission

The activities of the internship are related to the field of retail and wholesale contracts, commercial law, contract law and, in general, legal support to various Gucci internal departments. In particular, the team provides legal advice and support to various Gucci internal departments, managing sales channels (i.e. DOS, Indirect Channels) and the WW Store Planning, in addition to all real estate legal matters.

Key Accountabilities

· Assist on drafting and reviewing different kind of contracts, in English and in Italian (e.g. distribution contracts; franchising, commercial, corner and consultancy agreements);
· Support in preparing memoranda and opinions for the assistance of internal clients;
· Support in preparing answer to legal questions and in legal researches;
· Help in elaborating standard agreements and archiving files;
· Support in collecting signatures and preparing cover's presentation for the contracts.

Job Requirements

·  Master's Degree in Law;
·  Excellent knowledge of English both spoken and written;
·  Attention to details and a high degree of accuracy is a must;
·  Flexible and able to adapt to a constant changing environment;
·  High ethical standards and integrity and high level of discretion.
