Internship Mission

The WW Digital Product Content intern will have the opportunity to work on the product side of Digital learning about our Content Management System, how to set up regional catalogs and how to maintain them.

He/she will be providing assistance in the following activities:

•Ensuring visual merchandising rules and guidelines are being followed on all sites WW by conducting daily checks
•Working with the photography studio to maintain up to date records on product image status
•Liaising with Digital Merchandising to ensure that buy/product assortments are accurate and up to date
•Supporting regional eCommerce teams on their daily requests to modify their assortments
•Reporting bugs and following through until they are resolved
•Supporting WW Product Content team in the daily maintenance and configuration of new products and ensuring the completion of product enrichment before regions push new items live
•Providing support during new product launches, new site launches and CMS related updates
•Following up with our translations agency and ensuring that translations are successfully transferred into the CMS

Requirements

•Understanding of Gucci products, lines and basic merchandising terms
•Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint
•Fast learner who is comfortable multi-tasking in a dynamic environment
•Fluent in English and Italian (both written and spoken)
•Able to work in a highly international, fast-paced environment
•Professional and well spoken with excellent communication skills
•Detail oriented and organized
•Experience with Content Management Systems is a plus
