Internship Business Analyst WW Merchandising

Role Mission

The candidate will be involved in achieving the company business objectives by supporting WW Merchandising Department, and specifically the Business Analyst to the EVP, Merchandising & Global Markets

Key Accountabilities

Support the Business Analyst to the EVP, Merchandising & Global Markets and team with the variety of monthly activities and responsibilities, not limited to, but including:

· Analyzing business trends and key performance indicators (KPIs) and summarizing results (both graphically and qualitatively)
· Assisting in the creation of various presentations, including New Collection Overview Presentations and Strategic Presentations
· Coordination and support to all merchandising product categories in cross department projects and activities
· Researching competitive landscape and compiling competitive insights, including pricing, product, events and real estate actions
· Other competitive analyses
· Assistance with other ad-hoc requests & analyses
· Interaction with the other areas within the WW Merchandising team
· Interaction with the other areas within Gucci

Qualifications :

Key Requirements

·  Master's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance
·  Previous experience in investment banking or consultancy will be considered a plus
·  Excellent computer skills required (especially Power Point and Excel)
·  Fluency in English and Italian required
·  Good communication and relational skills
·  Fast in executing tasks but with great attention to detail
·  Ability to work under pressure
·  Flexibility and adaptability
·  Good organizational skills
