Summary
Role Mission

Starting from mid-May, the Digital Merchandising Team, within the Merchandising Department, is looking for an intern that will be involved in a variety activities and responsibilities supporting the team in achieving the company business objectives.
You will join a very dynamic team and you will learn how to work in a fast-paced environment, developing organizational skills and great attention to details.

You will develop communication and relational skills having the opportunity to interact with other areas within the Merchandising Department such as Product merchandising, Digital Buying, Product Content, Digital Content, Pricing and Regional buying teams.

Job Description

Your main activities will be (Key accountability ):

·  Participate to the Sales Campaign & Showroom Activities during Collection Briefings and support in the creation of the Exit lists;
·  Support the team in compiling many documents needed: creation of the list of the samples to be produced, creation of the Image delivery plan, Text & Photography brief, Substitution files, Separates, Separate Accessory list, Buy file (Color filter, Multicolor flag, Material filter, PR Price, Samples availability, Product Delivery, Asset Delivery, Product Labels) and Glossary file;
·  Support in the creation of the Pre-Production Brief for photo studio
·  Monitor and follow up with the Photo Studio on the Images asset delivery;
·  Run weekly sales reporting analysis on the main KPI for each region/country and worldwide

You are:

·  An undergraduate or graduate candidate with a master’s degree in Economics or Business Administration
·  Proficient in using Excel and Power Point, and you can prove high level of analytical skills
·  Fluent in English and Italian
·  A good communicator and with a strong organizational and time management skills
