Role Mission

The Internship is within the Gucci EMEAIR HR Retail Team. Under the supervision of the team the intern will have the opportunity to see different processes and activities focusing on the Retail Business.

Key Accountabilities

· Support the recruitment process for retail profiles
· Collect all relevant paperwork for new joiners
· File documentation, such as offer letters, contracts of employment and leaves'
· Help with analysis & reporting activities
· Data Entry and Maintenance of HR Internal System database
· Support in reviewing monthly team hours' files
· Payroll Activities
· Support employees with basic requests

Job requirements

·  Master's Degree in Management (Major in HR will be a plus)
·  Fluent English, an additional language (Spanish, German and/or French) will be a plus
·  Proficiency in Excel
·  Ability to support multiple projects simultaneously
·  Precision and analytical problem solving skills
·  Optimal communication skills
·  Willingness to learn
·  Goal oriented approach
